<br />Resolution No. 2009-36 <br />_= <br /> <br />SECTION 2: Said contract shall specifically provide that expenditures pursuant <br />to it shall not exceed Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00), the maximum <br />expenditure that maybe legally made for such services without competitive bidding. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and <br />welfare, of this City and for the further reason that it is necessary that this legislation go <br />in effect immediately because uniform rental services for employees, required by a City <br />collective bargaining agreement, will no longer otherwise be available to the employees <br />after April 2009; and further provided it receives the affirmative vote oftwo-thirds of all <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~' 7 ~'G' y <br />ATTEST.• <br />ARA L.
