--~- , <br />Resolution 2009-31 <br />SECTION 2: That the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized, following the <br />selection committee's receipt and evaluation of SOQs, the approval of the Board of <br />Control, and successful contract negotiations, to enter into a personal services contract <br />with the attorney or law firm selected in the said RFQ process. Said contract shall be <br />substantially in the form of the City's standard personal services contract with only such <br />changes therein as are not substantially adverse to the City and which are approved by the <br />Mayor and the Director of Law.
