Mayor O'Grady <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE RANGE OF COMPENSATION RATES AND SALARY RANGES FOR <br />ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL SO AS TO PROVIDE THE CHANGES IN SALARY RANGES <br />FOR VARIOUS NON-BARGAINING UNIT POSITIONS IN THE DEPARTMENT OF LAW; AND TO OTHERWISE <br />RESTATE THE COMPENSATION RATE RANGES FOR SAID VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE <br />PERSONNEL FOR THE YEAR 2009, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, as a result of the changes as described in Ordinance 2009-11, it is the desire of this Council to reduce <br />the minimum beginning wage in Section 2 for various employees of the Law Department, which presently reads as <br />follows: <br />Section 2: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for employees of the Department of Law. <br />The salaries in this Section shall be determined by the Director of Law as appropriate. <br />FROM TO PaY <br />2009 Type <br />A.
