,... ?,.?_..?,. r ?. . _ <br />111- <br />SECTION 2: That the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted is authorized and directed to <br />cause written notice of adoption of this Ordinance to be given to each owner of the parcels of real <br />property described in Section 1 of this Ordinance, to each person in possession of any of the said <br />parcels of real property, and to each person having an interest of record in any of the said parcels <br />of real property, or to the authorized agents of those persons. Notice sha11 be served by a person <br />designated by the Mayor for that purpose, and such notice shall be served and return made in the <br />manner provided for in the service and return of summons in civil actions. If any such owner, <br />person or agent cannot be found, notice sha11 be given by publication once a week for three <br />consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the City. <br />SECTION 3: That it is found and determined that all formal actions of this Council <br />concerning and relating to the adoption of this Ordinance were taken at meetings of this Council <br />and of its committees, if any, which were open to the public in compliance with law. <br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and for the <br />additional reason that this ordinance must go into effect immediately so that the appropriation <br />proceedings may be commenced in a manner and upon a time schedule which will not interfere <br />with or delay the construction of the proposed public roadway, and further provided it receives <br />the affirmative vote of two-thirds of a11 members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediaWy upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />? <br />BARBARA L SEMAN , J T A.
