Said deed shall release dower rights, if any, and shall <br />state that said property is being conveyed free and clear of all liens and encumbrances whatsoever, <br />except (a) restrictions of record and any conditions, reservations and easements created in <br />conjunction with such restrictions; (b) zoning ordinances, if any, and (c) taxes and assessments, <br />both general and special, for the current half of the taxable year and thereafter. <br />./ <br />1TEM SIX: No Escrow <br />No escrow shall be established for the closing of this tawsaction.
