..,r?.?. . .. _ <br />FRyment and Reimbursement <br />The City shall pay Instructor and Instructor agrees to accept from the City, in full payment <br />for Instructor's services under this agreement, compensation at the rate set forth herein, based upon <br />the amount collected by the City through registration for programs conducted by Instructor. <br />Payment is to be made every two weeks for the compensation earned over the previous two-week <br />period. <br />The City shall pay to Instructor fifty percent (501/o) of all proceeds from the first one <br />thousand dollars ($1000) collected. <br />The City shall pay to Instructor szxty percent (60%) of all proceeds between one thousand <br />dollars ($1000) and three thousand dollars ($3000) collected. <br />The City shall pay to Ms. Skall seventy percent (70%) of all proceeds above three thousand <br />dollars ($3000) collected until September 4, 2001. Effective September 4, 2001, however, for <br />proceeds collected by the City that are in excess of $3,000.00, Instructor shall receive eighty percent <br />(80%) of such proceeds collected. <br />The City shall pay to Instructor seventy percent (701/o) of all proceeds collected for <br />programs conducted outside the Recreation Complex for which Instructor has paid a rental fee_ <br />Insurance fees collected in connection with Instructor's services shall be deducted directly <br />from the proceeds collected by the City; however, in the event of an increase in insurance costs after <br />publication of public fees, the City shall bear the cost of the increased insurance fee until a new fee <br />schedule is agreed upon and published. <br />4
