CONTRACT FOR SERVICES This Contract is made this,-?c day of '4"<`?-?. 2001, in the City of North Olmsted, Courrty of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, between the City of North Olmsted, an Ohio municipal corporation ("the Cit}?'), and JeffMarshall, d.b.a. JeffMarshall, Inc., 8312 Pineway Drive, Olmsted Fa11s, Ohio, Federal I.D. Number 34-1791053 ("the Contractoi"). The Parties hereto have agreed to the terms, covenants, and conditions as set forth in this Contract in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises set forth below as follows: Section I Nature of and Place of Services The City hereby agrees to contract with the Contractor, and the Contractor does hereby agree to contract with the City, for the purpose of enabling the Corrtractor to provide services to the City as the Coordinator of Ice Skating at the North Olmsted Recreation Complex. Subject to the provisions of this Contract, a.nd in accordance with the ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, and the Rules and Regulations of the North Olmsted Recreation Complex, Contractor sha11 administer and promote a program of ice skating instruction at the North Olmsted Recreation Complex, and shall perform all of the duties as set forth in this Contract, as well as those duties which are customarily performed by one holding such a position. The City and the Contractor acknowledge and agree that Cornractor is not an employee of the City of North Olmsted, and is not errtitled to any benefits, whether arising by virtue of federal, state or local law, to which employees of the City of North Olmsted are entitled. Contractor's relationship with the City is strictly contractual, and is exclusively defined by the terms and conditions of this Contract Section II Manner of Performance of Services Contractor agrees to perform, at a11 times faithfully, industriously, and to the best of his ability, experience, and talent, a11 of the duties required of him pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Contract, to the reasonable sa.tisfaction of the City. Such duYies shall be rendered at the North Olmsted Recreation Complex, and at such other place or places as the City may, reasonably and in good faith, require of Contractor.
