During an "emergency" as defined within <br />Article 11, Section 1, of this agreement, the provisions of Article 41, shall not be applicablA. <br />ARTICLE 42 - FUNERAL LE,4VE <br />Sectian 1. A ful!-time empbyee shall be granted a three (3) day feave of absence with pay, in the event of <br />`he death of an immediate family member. <br />5ection 2. A ful!-time empioyee shall be granted afive (5) day leave of absence with pay, in the event of <br />fihe daath of an immedia#e r'amily member who rasides outside the state ai Ohio. <br />»
