An employee cailed for jury duty shall be granted a leave of absence for the period of jury service and wi(I be compensated at fuil pay for absences necessarily caused by the jury duty. An employee who is required to be absent fram scheduled work to serve as a witness on a City related issue will be paid for time lost from scheduled sfiraight time work. An employee who is called as a witness due to his part-time employment in the area of public law enforcemenf, shall with the City of North 0(msted receive his regular rafe of pay from the City.
