statement, which specifies either the ability to return to work "without iimitations" or " limitations" <br />exist from date to date, including any (imitations that can be attributed to medication prescribed <br />for the injury or illness. ; <br />Secfion 2. The City will require that any employee who is disabled off the job, and is <br />absent from work (sick time or leave of absence) for a period in excess of three (3) days to <br />submit a City furnished Return to Wark Form. Empioyees injured on the job shall be required to <br />present a City fiurnished Return to Work Form prior to returning to work. <br />Secfion 3. Once a disabied employee has exhausted his sick leave benefits, the City will <br />continue to pay its poftion of his paid hospita(ization for 90 days. <br />Section 4, Any empfoyee who has received Worker's Compensation Temporary Totai <br />benefits may use these benefits to buy back a partion of the paid sick feave time he has <br />expended while on disability leave. <br />ARTiCLE 23- NO STRIKES <br />Section 1. Neither the Unian nor any empioyee or employees wi(I either instigate, <br />promote, sponsor, engage, or pafticipate in, or condone any strike or work slow down. Any <br />empfoyee who participates in, advances, leads or promotes a strike or work slow down shall be <br />subject to discipfinary action up to and including discharge. Section 2. in the event that any breach of the No-Strike or Work Sfow Down clause in <br />Section 1 above occurs, the Union's officers shall publicly declare that the strike or work slow <br />down is unauthorized, shaN promptly make reasonabie, earnest efforfs to bring about a prompt <br />termination of fihe strike ar work slow down, and shall continue such effarts until the employees <br />return to work. <br />ARTiCLE 24- MANAGEMENT RIGHTS <br />Section 1.
