ARTICLE 27- LONGEVITY PAY <br />Section 1. All full-time employees hired prior to January 1, 1987 shall receive longevity <br />pay as additional compensation computed on annual salary as fo(lows: <br />4% after employee completes five (5) years, <br />5% affer employee completes ten (10) years, <br />6% after employee compiefes fifteen (15) years, <br />7% after employee compiefes twenty (20) years, <br />Section 2. All full-time empioyees hired after January 1,1987 shall receive longevity pay <br />as addifiional compensafion to their annuai salary as folfows: <br />$ 600 after employee completes five (5) years; <br />$ 900 after employee completes ten (10) years; <br />$1200 after employee completes fifteen (15) years; <br />$1500 after employee campletes twenty (20) years <br />ART(CLE 28- AFSCME CARE PLAN <br />Sectian 1. The City shall confinue to participate in the American Federation of State, <br />County and Municipa( Employees Care Plan, for all full-time empioyees in the bargaining unit <br />represented by the Union. The City's abligation shall be limited to making contributions at the <br />rate of Forty daliars and seventy-five cents ($40.75) per month per employee for each re9ular <br />fuii-time employee. <br />ARTICLE 29- WAGES <br />Section 1. All employees shaii receive an across-the- board increase of three (3) percenf <br />effective on July 1 each year of the contract. <br />Secfion 2. Inequify increase for #he Head Cashier. Same receive the sa?ne pay rate <br />as the current Secretary 2. <br />Section 3. The City shall compute overtime separately from straight time and shall show <br />the overtime and straight fiime separate(y on fihe employee's pay stub. Additionaliy, the City <br />shall compute. and show on the employee's pay stub, the accrued sick leave and vacation time. <br />31
