Current Employees may take <br />assessment tests no more than fwice per calendar year. <br />An employee must quafify at eighfy (80%) percent compefency only once iro <br />order to qualify for advancement fo fihe Secretary I pQSition. <br />Upon quaiifieation, the Empfoyee's new pay rate will be enacted at the <br />beginning of the next full pay periad. <br />A capy of all test scares shall be submifted to the Chapter chairperson. <br />An Empiflyee who successfully passes an assessment fiest from Secretary II to <br />Secretary I and has in excess of five (5) years empPoyment within the Secrefiary II <br />classeficatiQn, shall be credited one additional step in the new Secretary I <br />cfassificafiion. <br />Appendix A - 5 <br />43
