LETTER OF AGREEMENT <br />The Coliective Bargaining Agreement between the City of North Olmsted (City) and <br />Local 2681, Ohio Council 8, AFSCME (Union) is supplemented by the following: <br />The parties agree to meet within 6 rnonths of the execution of this agreement to <br />negotiate the outstanding issues relative to part-time employees as follows; <br />1, Check off/fair share fees <br />2, Grievance Procedure <br />3. Seniority <br />4. Hours of work <br />5. Recali from layoff <br />6. Promotions and bidding <br />7.
