LETTER OF AGREEMENT <br />The Coliective Bargaining Agreement between the City of North Oimsted (City) and <br />Local 2681, Ohio Council 8, AFSCME (Union) is supplemented by the following; <br />The parties agree an employee, at Springvale Golf Course, who works oniy 32 hours <br />but less fihan 40 hours per week is considered a regular part-time employee and a member <br />of the bargaining unit, <br />The parties also agree to define seasonal for Springvale Goif Course to be between <br />April 15 and October 15 each year, <br />Employees who work less than 32 hours a week are exciuded from the bargaining <br />unit. <br />This agreement does not limit the Union from organizing the employees at <br />Springvale Golf Course if they so desire. <br />In witness whereof, the parties have hereunto set their hands this -.2S4? day of <br />, 2001 <br />For the Union For the City <br />-- <br />81
