I am pleased to submit this proposal for signal design services for the above referenced project in the City of North Olmsted. The following is an outline of the proposed Scope of Services, Time Schedule and Fee to perform the design services. All work shall be performed as outlined in your letter dated July 21, 2001. All design shall be done using AutoCAD version 12 containing a file for each final design drawing prepared. All work shall be coordinated with utility companies as necessary. The City will be copied on all correspondence to utility companies. No sub- contractors will be used for this project. SCOPE OF SERVICES 1. Design a mast arm type traffic signal relocations for the intersection of Dover Center Road and Driscoll Lane/Cottonwood Trail. Also, "closed loop" signal system interconnect will need to be designed to include the signal as part of the City's computerized "closed loop" system. 2. The traffic signal and interconnect plans will be prepared in accordance with current City of North Olmsted and Ohio Department of Transportation specifications. A complete set of reproducible construction documents on 24" x 36" sheets will be prepared, including: a.
