CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2001-99 <br />BY: Mayor Musial <br />AN ORDiNANCE ESTABLISHING THE COMI'ENSATION <br />AND BENEFITS TO BE PAID TO ALL PART-TIME HOURLY <br />EMPLOYEES EMPLOYED BY THE NORTH OLMSTED <br />MUNICIPAL BUS LINE, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish the pay benefits for part- <br />time hourly NOMBL employees, effective August 1, 2001 in order that they be similar to <br />those presently offered to employees of the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the compensation to be paid to all part-time hourly employees <br />of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be as follows: <br />Part-time Hourly Einplovees <br />Effective Aueust 1 _ 2001 <br />Classification Rate Stevs <br />Title 1* A 2* B 3* C 4* (D) <br />Bus Operator-Regular Time $ 11.65 $ 12.62 $ 13.59 $ 15.54 <br />Bus Operator-Community $ 10.68 $ 11.65 $ 12.62 $ 13.59 <br />Circulator Time <br />Hostler $ 11.00 $ 11.91 $ 12.83 $ 14.66 <br />Extra Labor $ 6.25 to $ 9.00 ranges** <br />*Each rate step is 2,080 part-time hours. Part-time hourly Bus Operators and <br />Hostlers who are subsequently hired full-time will remain in the rate step schedule they are <br />in as a full-time employee. However, no credit with part-time hours will be applied <br />towards their full-time employment wage progression within that rate step. <br />(A) Hired Part-Time on or after May l, 1995 <br />(B) Hired Part-Time before May 1, 1995
