, . <br />SpeCIfiCat10I1S Bidder <br />Compiies <br /> Yes No <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR A TRIPLE COMBINATION PUMPER <br />FOR THE NORTH QLMSTED FIRE DEPARTMENT <br />PROPQSAL REQUIREMENTS <br />Each proposal must be submitted on the official bid form of the Citv of North Olmsted, and in <br />confonnity therewith, to include the Base Bid for one (l) Triple Combination Pumper and <br />equipment. <br />It shall be the responsibility of the bidder to assure that their proposal an-ives at the ]ocation <br />and time indicated. Late proposals, telegrams, facsimile, or telephone bids will not be <br />considered. Each bid will he submitted in a sealed manilla envelope and identified as: ( <br />"Fire Pumper and Related Equipment," Resolution iVo. 2001- 96. <br />Ali bidders are requued to detail the payment teims for tihis package on the bidder's proposal <br />paQe. Any required prepayments or progress payments must be explained in detail. <br />The Cit?? of No1-th Olmsted, through the Board of Control, reserves the riaht to reje.ct any or <br />? al] bids, any part or parts of any bid, and the right to waive any informalities. In awarding a <br />contract, the City reserves the riaht to consider, in addition to price and discount, all elements <br />entering into the question of detei7nining the ability of the bidder to perfonn the contract <br />satisfactorily. Any bid which is incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contains additions <br />not called for, or irreaularities of any kind, may be cause for rejection of the bid. <br />?
