4% after employee completes 5 years <br />5% after employee compietes 10 years <br />6% after employee completes 15 years <br />7% after employee comp{etes 20 years <br />In computing length of service for the purpose of making payments of longevity <br />increments as hereinabove set forth, no credit shall be given for part-time service, but <br />such limitation is the only exclusion for the purpose of computing longevity increments, <br />and the exclusion for part-time service shall not deprive any employee of any other <br />benefits which may be due them for part-time service as employees of the safety <br />department. <br />SECTION 2: Employees hired after January 1, 1990 shall receive longevity in <br />accordance with the following schedule: <br />$250.00 after employee completes five (5) years <br />$500.00 after employee completes ten (10) years <br />$750.00 after employee completes fifteen years (15) years <br />$1,000 after employee completes twenty (20) years <br />ARTICLE 30: <br />SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL <br />SECTION 1: Effective July 1, 2001 and each year thereafter, all full-time ernployees <br />shall receive a shift differential in the amount of seventy-five cents ($.75) per hour.
