Denta( and Vision (Optional Plan #I or #2) <br />Full-time employees participating and subscribing to the optional health benefits <br />listed above within this section shall contribute an amount equal to that which is listed <br />within Section 2, (A) of this Article. Employees shall be required to participate in the <br />medical plan to be permitted to participate within the optional benefit coverage listed <br />within this Section. The employee contribution shall be withheld as a payroll deduction <br />not fater than the first pay period of each month. <br />SECTION 4: Expected cost or premium is defined as the cost of all medical, hospital, <br />prescription drug and related fees including but not limited to administration fees. <br />SECTION 5: The Employer reserves the right to establish all plans, enrollment periods <br />and regulations. <br />SECTION 6: The Employer shall make an earnest effort to establish a committee <br />consisting of one (1) representative from each of the City bargaining units, if they <br />choose to be represented and a minimum of one (1) representative of the Employer. <br />The bargaining unit's role as a participant in the aforementioned committee shall be <br />advisory only. <br />SECTION 7: All changes affecting the plan coverage`s co-payments, deductibles, <br />providers enrollment periods and regulations will be shared with the bargaining unit <br />prior to making such changes. <br />SECTION 8: It is further agreed that if any bargaining unit employed by the City of <br />North Olmsted, in negotiations held subsequent to this Agreement and for the same <br />time period covered under this Agreement, negatiates to conclusion a lower percentage <br />of employee contribution to the Health Insurance Plan, that lower percentage shall <br />apply to the unit covered under this Agreement. Said lower percentage shall <br />commence under this Agreement at the time that it is agreed upon by another unit, and <br />shall continue for the remaining years covered under this Agreement. <br />ARTICLE 29: <br />LONGEVITY <br />SECTION 1: All employees hired prior to January 1, 1990 shall receive annual longevity <br />pay as additional compensation computed on annual wages which shall be d ivided by <br />twenty-six (26) and included in each paycheck as fallows: <br />25
