Howard has received numerous honors including <br />Surveyor of the Year in 1999 from the Cleveland Chapter of the Professional Land Surveyors of Ohio. <br />Prior to the merger of Wade-Trim and the Western Reserve Engineering and Surveying Co. (W.R.E.S.), <br />Howard was the President and Principal of W.R.E.S. and was responsible for starting the company in <br />1967. His responsibilities have included coordination and contract management with the Ohio <br />Department of Transportation, the Ohio Turnpike Commission, and numerous municipalities in the <br />Cleveland metropolitan area.
