He has experience in preparation of plans and <br />specifications for various road projects, yearly bridge inspections, review of building plans for <br />compliance, and assisting communities in obtaining state and federal funding for improvement projects. <br />Some of his project experience is fisted here. <br />• City of Maple Heights - Project engineer responsible for three-phase storm and sanitary sewer <br />replacement project on East 1415t Street, Milo Avenue, and Maple Avenue. Total project <br />included replacement of 4,500 linear feet of 48-inch to 60-inch storm sewer and equal amoutns <br />of 15-inch sanitary sewer at depths from 14 feet to 28 feet within the 4-foot right-of-way. A <br />related project replaced 1,800 linear feet of water line. <br />• NEO Park Sanitary Sewer Project, Garfield Heights - Relocation of sanitary sewer in to allow a <br />business park expansion development to proceed. Plans and specifications were provided. The <br />relocation was 900 linear feet of 10-inch and 10-inch pipe within an acquired easement. <br />• City of Pepper Pike - Project engineer responsible for the design of a detention pond from an <br />existing water feature on the grounds of Ursuline College in Pepper Pike, Ohio. The project will <br />provide seven and a half acre-feet of storage capacity. <br />• City of Lyndhurst - Project engineer responsible for the examination of development <br />requirements for storm water control, sanitary sewage, water supply, flood and wetland issues <br />involved with the planned Montefiore Assisted Living Community in the City of Lyndhurst, Ohio. <br />• Van Epps Storm Sewer and Road Improvements, Brooklyn Heights -Project included the <br />installation of new storm sewers ranging in size from 12-inch to 42-inch and 38-inch x 60-inch <br />elliptical pipe, discharging storm water to three new head walls, with new catch basins, and a <br />paved shoulder of either 8-foot or 3-foot width. <br />• Van Epps Water Line, Brooklyn Heights - Replacement of an aging 10-inch water line adjacent <br />to the improvement project. Completed plan design for the Village of Brooklyn Heights that was <br />approved by the City of Cleveland Division of Water. Installed 1600 linear feet of 12-inch ductile <br />iron water line, and a short length of an 8-inch branch.
