Drawings sl2all include a title sheet, general notes, plan <br />sheets, and detail sheets. <br />(c) Work shall be coordinated with utility companies as necessary. The City <br />Engineer shall be copied in all correspondence to utility compa.nies. <br />(d) All plans will be reviewed by the City. Submit two (Z) uiterim copies of the <br />plans and specifications for review. A11 construction documents must comply <br />with O?uo Basic Bui?ding Code. <br />5. Detailed Design Document Services: <br />(a) Preparation of design drawings, technical specifications and bid form for use in <br />bidding and constrcaction. The specifications will be incorporated by the City <br />into a project manual which shall also include the advertisement, instruction to <br />bidders, general conditions, bid forms, bond requirements, prevailing wage <br />rates, affidavits, and other miscellaneous forms required for a bidding docu- <br />ment. Final plans and specifications shall incorporate all changes required in <br />review of preliminary or intermediate plans. <br />(b) All design drawings may be done using an electronic program which is com- <br />patible with the AutoCAD C Version 12 program. If done electronically, a <br />diskette or diskettes, if necessary, formatted in AutoCAD C Version 12 contain- <br />ing a file for each final design drawing prepared during the project shall be <br />submitted to the City. A diskette or diskettes prepared in Microsoft Word of <br />the tecllnical specifications must be submitted to the City. <br />(c) Ten sets of plans and project manuals shall be furnished to tlie City for each bid <br />package for bidding purposes. <br />(d) An opinion ofprobable costs for each bid package, broken down into major <br />components, shall be submitted prior to bidding. <br />(e) The design professional or his representative shall be available to answer ques- <br />tions regarding plans intent during bidding and construction. Attendance at <br />a pre-construction meeting is expected. <br />You may submit the price proposal in the format you deem most appropriate; however, <br />the City prefers the proposal to include an amount not to exceed a specific dollar amount <br />for tlie design of all improvements. You may also include any standard terms a.ud <br />conditions of your proposals, rates for supplementary services, and any clarifications or <br />qualifications to the requested proposal, which you deem appropriate. The proposal must <br />include a tentative schedule in number of weelcs (not including City review time) of the
