Canterbury Road <br />Dear Mr. Bauschard: <br />I am requesting a Proposal to provide professional design services for renovation and <br />improvements at Springvale Clubhouse and Ballroom in the City of North Olmsted. The <br />proposed work would include the following: <br />1. Construction documents for renovation of the ballroom roof as the first bid package. <br />The plans and specifications shall describe all necessary work to remove the existing <br />shingles, tar paper, deteriorated flashing, any deteriorated gutters or downspouts, and <br />any deteriorated sheathing; plans and specifications to descnbe all necessary repairs <br />and replacement of sheathing, felt paper, shingles, flashings, gutters and downspouts, <br />as necessary. This work is intended to be bid no later than June 2001. <br />2. Construction documents for a new golf clubhouse as the second bid package. The <br />exterior of the new clubhouse shall be compatible in design to the existing toilet room <br />addition. The new golf clubhouse is to be located in the same approximate area of the <br />existing snack-bar/patio areas. This work is intended to be bid no later than July 2001. <br />. It sball Ue a minimum of 3,000 square feet and include the following: <br />(a) Pro-Shop Area for customer transactions related to golf fees and the sale of soft- <br />goods, e.g.: golf balls, gloves, hats, etc. <br />(b) Kitchen Area to b.e used for food preparation. A small hood system may be <br />needed.
