B. General. The E/A will include the following list of drawings, which is generally required <br />to adequately document the proposed improvements. <br />Cover Sheet <br />2. General Notes <br />Site Plans View with Pond Excavation Details <br />4. Embankment Details <br />Pipe and Pipe Riser Details <br />6. Emergency Spillway Details <br />The proposed improvements will be sized so that neither an Ohio Dam Permit nor a <br />Stormwater Pollution Prevention Permit wiil be required. <br />T'he following revisions, clarifications, or explanations to your March 7, 2001 Scope of <br />Services, as stated on page 2 through 4 of your Request for Proposal, will be required to <br />meet the budget. The revisions are numbered as given in the Scope of Service. <br />2a. The topographic information provided will include spot elevations and state <br />plane coordinates. The spat elevations wilI be used to set the vertical control, <br />and the state plane coordinates will be used for the horizontal control for the <br />proposed improvements. <br />2b. The topographic information provided will identify all pertinent information <br />regarding the present dam. <br />2c. The topographic information will be provided in the AutoCAD Version 12 <br />format. It is expected that the horizontal control for the topograpluc map will be <br />suitable for developing the proposed improvements layout and that a benchmark <br />needed fort the proposed improvements will be obtained from the vertical <br />control data used in developing the topographic information. If appropriate <br />control data is not available for such use, the benchmark will be obtained from <br />elevations features as given in the topographic mapping. <br />3a. One meeting lasting no more than 4 hours will be held with the Engineering <br />Department and Golf Course Facility Manager to obtain the requirements or <br />constraints regarding the proposed improvements. The discussions will include <br />the location of the maximum extent of the proposed emergency spillway. <br />3b. A preliminary report of the proposed improvements, inciuding the proposed <br />layout, budget, and schedule, will be submitted to the CITY for review. It is <br />anticipated that only minor changes to the report will be required before starting <br />the detailed design of the proposed improvements. <br />4c. Two copies of 50 percent completed plans and specifications will be submitted <br />to the CITY for review.
