Autharization <br />To authorize Serafin Golf CoLuse Design, Inc. to begin work an this project, the- <br />Owner should sign fihis proposal in the space provided and returned it to our office. <br />For purposes of Serafin Go1f Course Design, Inc., acceptance of this proposal by the <br />Owner is sufficient authorization to begin work.
