PROJECT ANALYSIS <br />The City of North Olmsted has requested proposals for the design an.d preparation of detailed <br />construction drawings and specifications for golf course renovations, a netiv irrigation system, and a <br />new maintenance building and pump house for the Springvale Golf Course Renovations. <br />This proJect will include r.eview of the golf course; irrigation system; and maintenance area, design of <br />a PreliminaryMaster Plan, preparation of construction documents and specifications, and <br />construction observation for the 5pringvale Golf Course in North 0lmsted, Ohio. <br />Review of the existing 18 holes, irrigation system and maintenance area wi11 be done during the <br />initial stages of the project. A Prelirninary Master Plarz, preliininary cost estimate and schedule will <br />then be completed. After approval of the PreliminaryMaster Plan, construction documents and <br />specifications will be developed. <br />The goal is to improve the drainage, playability arid maintenance of the golf course. Other objectives <br />of this praject are to produce a golf course that is very appealing, safe, challenging for all golfers, <br />plays quickly, is environmentally sznsitive, and easily mairitained.
