PHASE 11 - FINAL DESIGN <br />Irrigation Designs; Inc will finalize the irrigation and pump system designs and prepare <br />all drawings, specifications and details. This phase includes: <br />1. Final sprinkler layout. <br />2. Pipe and isolation valve locations. <br />3. Control system design inciuding all electrical requirements. <br />4. Proposal packages, including drawings, manufacturer's details and <br />specifications for both the irrigation and pumping systems. <br />5. Attend a informational meeting ar schedule an interview meeting with the <br />Irrigation Distributors/Manufacturers if required. Review of the final <br />design will also be completed at this time. <br />PH.ASE III - BiDDING <br />Irrigation Designs, Inc will send out the proposal packages to the selected Contractors, or <br />provide the City of North Olmsted the original drawings and doctunents for them to <br />distribute. At this time, Irrigation Designs Inc will schedule and attend a pre-bid meeting <br />at the golf course. The phase includes: <br />l. Contractor selection (through strict qualifications). <br />2. Distribution of proposal packages to Manufactures and Contractors. <br />3. Schedule and attend a pre-bid meeting. <br />4. Review and evaluate bid proposal packages. PHASE IV - CONSTRUCZ'IC9N <br /> <br />Irrigation Designs, Inc will stake sprinkler locations, pipe routing, satellite locations, etc., <br />throughout the installation of the irrigation system. During all site visits to the golf <br />course, we will observe the installation of the irrigation system and prepare written <br />reports to Springvale Country Club following each construction visit. Irrigatiozl Designs, <br />Inc will also review any change orders and all pay requests from the Contractor. Once <br />the installation is complete, Irrigation Designs, Inc will provide afinal punch list of the <br />irrigation system. This phase includes: <br />1. Inspect all material on site to verify it meets all product specifications. <br />2. Staking of all irrigation equipment (sprinklers, pipe, wire, satellites, etc.). <br />3. Installation inspection. <br />4. Field reports. <br />5. Review and approval of any change orders and all pay requests. <br />6. Provide final "Punch List" of imgation and pump system installation. <br />7. Six staking visits and one punch list visit (one to two days for punch list). <br />u
