RESIDENTIAL LEASE <br />This Lease made and entered into at North Olmsted, Ohio, this 16TH day ofMarch, <br />2001, by and between TFE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, 5200 Dover Center Road, North <br />Olmsted, Ohio (hereinafter referred to as "Lessor") and PHIL,LIP L. DIER, of 27488 Butternut <br />Ridge Road, North Olmsted, Ohio (hereinafter referred to as "Lessee"). <br />LEASE <br />Witnesseth: Lessor hereby leases to Lessee, and the latter lets from the former, the <br />residential premises located at 27488 Butternut Ridge Road, North Olmsted, Ohio 44070 <br />(hereinafter referred to as "the Property"), and described as follows: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and <br />State of Ohio and known as being <br />See Exhibit A <br />Permanent Parcel No. 232-11-005 <br />Item One. Term of Lease. The term of this Lease shall be for six (6) months, <br />commencing on the 16 day of MARCx, 2001, and ending on the 16 day of SEPT .2001 . The <br />parties agree that this Lease shall not be renewed for any additional term. Lessee ag-rPes th?t he <br />shall promptly surrender possession of the premises to Lessor immediately upon the end of the <br />term of this Lease. With the written consent of Lessor, Lessee may continue to reside upon the <br />property after the term of the Lease ends, but only as a month-to-month tenant, subject to all <br />other terms and conditions of this Lease. In the evern that Lessee so continues as a month to <br />month tenant, Lessee agrees that he shall surrender possession of the premises ta Lessor promptly <br />upon receiving thirty (30) days advance written notice of temunation of the month-to-month <br />tenancy from Lessor. The parties further agree that Lessee may sunender possession of the <br />Property to Lessor, without penalty, at any time during term of this Lease, provided that he give <br />LessAr at teast thirty (30) days advance written notice of the fact. Finally, Lessee expressly agrees <br />that if he refuses to surrender possession of the Property to Lessor when required to do so by this <br />lease, or otherwise by law, he shall be liable ta Lessor thereafter for all attorney fees and other
