CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2001-02 <br />BY: COUNCILMAN DEAN MCKAY <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2000-111 WHICH ESTABLISHES RATES OF COMPENSATION <br />FOR VARIOUS ADMINISTRANE AND LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AS <br />AMENDED. <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to establish pay ranges as well as various fringe benefits for <br />administrative personnel; <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined sections 1 K, 1 L, 3D and Section 4 of Ordinance No. 2000-111 as written did <br />not allow for a 3% increase to be granted for the current year for the positions stated in these sections; <br />WHEREAS, the ranges in Sections 36, 5A and 6D in Ordinance No. 2000-111 have been adjusted to reflect a <br />range more commensurate with the job duties, job qualifications and market comparisons; <br />WHEREAS, for consistency and completeness purposes, it is the desire of the Council that the Springvale <br />administrative personnel pay rates, which were previously provided for under a separate ordinance, be included in <br />the City's administrative personnel ordinance; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF <br />CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION 1: THAT ORDINANCE NO. 2000-111 OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, WHICH PRESENTLY <br />READS AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for administrative and legislative <br />personnel of the City of North Olmsted.
