Olmsted OH 44074 Re: Proposal to provide legal services for wireless telecommunication facility regulation Dear Ms. Kasler: In response to your request, I am writing to submit a proposal to provide services related to assisting the City of North Olmsted with reviewing its current regulations related to wireless telecommunication facilities and drafting new regulations to be adopted by City Council in response to the 1996 Federal Telecommunications Act. In addition, to the extent requested by the City, I am available to give advice related to any specific applications for the construction of wireless telecommunication facilities in the City and to assist the City with site leases or collocation agreements for the construction of such facilities on City proper~y. Our services would entail meetings with City officials which you feel are necessary to disc~~sc the basic concepts and direction which the regula±io~s sl~~~~ld ±a1ce, including the particular needs ar~d issues unique to North Olmsted. We will draft regulations for inclusion into your zoning code to regulate wireless telecommunication facilities and submit the same to you, the City Law Department, the City's planning staff and/or its Planning Commission and Council.
