Design Engineer: Bridge Replacement and Rehabilitation Program of the Ohio <br />Department of Transportation. Mrs. Vazgas is responsible for various aspects related <br />to roadway design, drainage, right-of--way, utility relocations and coordination on <br />this ongoing program. Several of these bridges have been successfully constructed, and <br />plans for several others are at various stages of completion. All plans are prepared <br />following the latest ODOT standards and specifications, and design is in accordance with <br />the Location and Design Manual. <br />Project Engineer: Tobacco Row Streetscape Improvements, City of Richmond, <br />Virginia. The work consisted of reconstruction and widening of East Cary Street, <br />nnprovements to East Main and East Franklin Streets, and north-south streets from <br />21st to 26th Street and relocation of Dock Street. The design also included the <br />necessary inlets, catch basins and drainage facilities, utility rearrangements, <br />handicapped access ramps, skid resistance pavement, specifications and cost estimates. <br />Project Manager: Ohio I-480, Cleveland Urban Section. Responsibilities included <br />project management, coordination with various sub-consultants and technical <br />assistancg to project assigned staff.
