existing 12" water line, which sat in the middle of the road, did not have enough of the minimum <br />allowed cover in the new Richmond Road design. The sohition was to totally relocate the line and <br />its service connections to residences, institutions, and hydrants. <br />Right-of-Way plans were developed for eleven property owners. Overall, eleven warranty deeds, <br />eleven tempoi~ry easements, and seven sewer easements were developed. All areas and bearings <br />for easements and property parcels were calculated using AdCadd Civil Release 12 software. <br />Polytech, Inc. as prime consultant also supervised and managed the field survey and geotechnical <br />consultants. <br />The final drawings included: <br />° ,Roadway Plans - <br />° Maintenance of Traffic Plans <br />° Traffic Control Plans <br />° Storm Water Pollution Plans <br />° Water Work Plans <br />° Sanitary Sewer Plans <br />° Drainage Plans <br />° Right-of--Way Plans <br /> <br />Specifications and final construction cost estimates were prepared and submitted with the final <br />drawings. <br />
