their ongoing right of referendum to vote a district dry including any license issued under this <br />act. <br />~ECT70N 6: That the Clerk of Council is directed to transmit copies of this <br />Resolution to the State Legislators, Governor, Director of the Ohio Department of Liquor <br />Control and clerks of affected districts. <br />SECTION 7: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of public peace, health and safety, and for the further <br />reason that a timely response must be made, and provided it receives the affirmative vote of <br />two-thirds (2/3) of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor; otherwise it shall take effect and be <br />in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: c.e, ~7 ~ ~~7 . <br />ATTEST.• <br />c~J <br />BALRBARA L.
