CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED _.._.- ORDINANCE NO. 97- 36 ~/ f ~ l BY: Councilman Musial AN ORDINANCE CREA77NG A NEW CHAPTER 1167 OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITYOFNORTH OLMS'TED, ENTITLED "SUBMITTAL OF DEVELOPMENT PLANS. " WHEREAS, this Council has consistently in the past required development plans when proposals come before the Planning Commission which contain certain information which is vital to the approval process; and WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the City Engineer that all development proposals that come before the City for approval should contain certain information dealing with the placement of utilities among other things; and WHEREAS, throughout the various chapters of the Zoning Code there are a number of references to the submittal of plans before a certain project being submitted can be approved; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to have contained within the Zoning Code a standard provision dealing with requirements that a developer must adhere to when complying with the terms of the Zoning Code dealing with the submittal of plans; and WHEREAS, after careful consideration, the Planning Commission of the City of North Olmsted, on the _ day of 1997, recommended approval of the proposed amendments to Sections 1123.13 and 1123.14 of the Zoning Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That there is hereby created within the Zoning Code a new Chapter 1167, entitled "Submittal of Development Plans," which new chapter shall read as follows: CHAPTER 1167: SUBNIITTAL OF DEVELOPMENT PLANS 1167.01: When it is required anywhere in this Zoning Code that an applicant submitting a proposal for approval to the Building Official be required to submit detailed plans with respect to the matter presented to the Building Official for construction of a building or application to permit a use
