in any zoning district, the following information shall be submitted, unless waived by the Planning <br />Commission and/or Building Official as not being applicable: <br />(a) Topography at two-foot contour intervals of the proposed development area, <br />including property lines, easements, street right-of--ways and existing structures, trees <br />and landscape features existing thereon and a certificate, by a registered engineer or <br />surveyor, of the gross area of the development area in acres and square feet. <br />(b) The location of all structures in the development area to be removed and all <br />structures lying outside of the boundaries of the development area, located within 200 <br />feet thereof, <br />(c) The number, location and arrangement of all proposed structures, <br />(d) The proposed use of all land. <br />(e) The location and arrangement of all dedicated streets, private driveways, and <br />pedestrian accessways. <br />(f) The number and arrangement of all open and enclosed parking and service areas. <br />(g) The location of all site utilities including refuse disposal areas and containers. <br />(h) Plans shall be submitted indicating thereon, whether the structures are new or <br />additions are being made thereto, showing all utilities being installed underground, <br />including electrical power. In the event the applicant believes that it is not feasible to <br />install electric power utility lines underground, that requirement may be waived by the <br />City Engineer or Building Official upon evidence satisfactory to either that the same <br />is not feasible. <br />(i) The location of all walls and other site features. <br />(j) The landscape design for the apartment area. <br />(k) Such other relevant information as the Planning Commission, City Engineer, or <br />Building Official may require. <br />1167.02: The aforesaid site plan of a development area shall be prepared by professional <br />persons qualified in the planning of land development, building and landscape design. The <br />architectural and engineering service required for the preparation of the site plan shall be rendered <br />by licensed professional persons." <br />SECTION 2: That any Ordinance or sections of Ordinances heretofore adopted that are <br />inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />
