S. Sec. 111.3-Expiration fDeletedl (Editor's Note: See Section 1321.05 of <br />the Codified Ordinances). <br />6. Sec. 112.1 Plans. (Amended). When required by the Building Official, plans <br />shall be drawn to scale and shall be of sufficient clarity to indicate the nature <br />and extent of the work proposed and shall show in detail that it will conform <br />to the provisions of this Code and all relevant laws, ordinances, rules and <br />regulations. Plans shall include a plot plan drawn to scale showing the <br />location of all easements, drainage facilities, adjacent grades, property lines, <br />the proposed building and of every existing building on the property. The <br />Building Official may require drawings to be verified by a registered <br />architect or engineer as to code compliance. <br />7. Sec. 11_4-Prefabricated Con. ~ io Am=y The Ohio Basic Building <br />Code provisions as published in Chapter 4101:2-1-64 of the Ohio <br />Administrative Code shall apply to and govern one, two and three-family <br />dwellings constructed of industrialized units, notwithstanding any provisions <br />to the contrary as contained in the One and Two Family Dwelling Code <br />adopted herein. <br />8. Sec. 116.1-Record required. The permit holder or his agent shall post the <br />inspection record on the job site in an accessible and conspicuous place <br />when required by the building official in order to permit the required entries. <br />When it becomes possible the inspection record, which is maintained on <br />computer, will be made available by accessing the Internet. If the contractor <br />has made prior arrangements with the Building Department, the need for <br />posting of this at the job site will cease. The purposes of this record are to <br />augment communication with contractors and inspectors in the field. The <br />official record is to be kept in the Building Department offices. <br />9. Sec 304.1-Room Sizes ( endedl. Every dwelling unit shall have at least <br />one habitable room which shall have not less than 150 square feet of floor <br />area. Other habitable rooms shall have an area of not less than 70 square <br />feet. Every kitchen shall have not less than 50 square feet of floor area. The <br />minimum wall length shall be: bedroom, 10 feet; kitchen 7 feet; and dining <br />room, 8 feet. <br />10. Sec. 309-Private Gara¢e (Amendedl <br />R 309.1 Attached Garages: Openings from a private garage directly into a <br />room used for sleeping purposes shall not be permitted. Other openings <br />between the garage and residence shall be equipped with solid wood doors <br />not less than one andthree-quarter (1-3/4) inches in thickness or equivalent <br />having a fire resistance rating of not less than three quarter (3/4) hour.
