~,,k <br />r <br />6.1 For services provided under Section 1, Basic Services of the Consultant, <br />payment shall be made in accordance with Exhibit II, Method of Payment. <br />6.2 All invoices shall be in the format requested by the CITY, shall be <br />accompanied by adequate supporting documentation and shall include a brief progress <br />report delineating progress on each task described herein, including comparison with <br />scheduled progress. <br />6.3 The CONSULTANT covenants and agrees to pay all persons and <br />corporations furnishing materials or rendering services in connection with the performance <br />of this Agreement. <br />SF,CTION 7. CIā¢LANGES <br />7.1 The CITY may, at any time, by written order, make changes within the <br />general scope of this agreement in the services or work to be performed. <br />7.2 If such changes cause an increase or decrease in the CONSULTANT'S cost <br />of, or time required for, performance of any services under this Agreement, whether or not <br />changed by any order, an equitable adjustment shall be made and this agreement shall be <br />modified in writing accordingly. <br />SFC"TION 8 DISPUTES <br />8.1 Except as this agreement otherwise provides, all claims, counterclaims, <br />disputes and other matters in question between the CITY and the CONSULTANT arising <br />out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach of it will be decided by arbitration if the <br />parties hereto mutually agree, or in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of <br />Ohio. <br />9.1 The CITY may order the CONSULTANT to suspend, delay, or interrupt all <br />or any part of the work for such period of time as the CITY may determine to be <br />appropriate for the convenience of the CITY. <br />Page 4 of 8 <br />
