~z <br />modified and repaired center support tube to the CITY and upon <br />receipt of an invoice from the CONTRACTOR; and <br />2.1.5 The CITY shall pay the CONTRACTOR a cost not to exceed <br />$17,281 (SEVENTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND <br />EIGHTY ONE DOLLARS) following delivery of the drawings <br />showing the design modifications made to each of the five <br />microscreen center support tubes to the CITY, delivery of the fifth <br />modified and repaired center support tube to the CITY and upon <br />receipt of an invoice from the CONTRACTOR. <br />2.2 For optional services under Section 2 Optional Services of the Contractor, <br />CITY shall pay the CONTRACTOR upon receipt of an approved scope and work task <br />breakdown and upon written authorization to proceed with the optional services. <br />2.3 The maximum cost of the CONTRACTOR'S services under Section 1 <br />Basic Services of the Contractor is $91,541.00 and shall not be exceeded without an <br />Amendment to this Agreement duly executed by the CITY and the CONTRACTOR. <br />2.4 The CONTRACTOR shall submit an invoice for the services of each <br />microscreen following receipt of the CITY'S report for that microscreen.
