~:. <br />EXHIBIT III <br />TIME SCHEDULE <br />3.1 The Section 1 Basic Services of the Contractor as described in Exhibit I are <br />shall be completed by the CONTRACTOR in accordance with the following but no later <br />than December 31, 1997: <br />3.1.1 The CONTRACTOR shall provide at two modified and repaired <br />center support tubes to the CITY by May 30,1997; and <br />3.1.2 The CONTRACTOR shall provide each of the remaining three <br />modified and repaired center support tubes to the CITY no later than <br />three weeks following receipt of the third though the fifth <br />microscreen center support tubes and inlet flanges and bearings from <br />the CITY. <br />+ + END OF EXHIBIT III + + <br /> <br />
