<br />Property Damage: <br />$ 500,000 each accident <br />SECTION 12. INDEMNIFICATION <br />12.1 The CONTRACTOR hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the CITY <br />harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, settlements, costs, charges, or <br />other expenses or liabilities of every kind and character arising out of or relating to any <br />and all claims, liens, demands, obligations, actions, proceedings, or causes of action of <br />every kind and character arising out of the acts, omissions and/or negligence of the <br />CONTRACTOR, his employees, agents or others for whose acts the CONTRACTOR is <br />responsible under this Agreement. <br />12.2 This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the legal <br />representatives and successors of the parties, respectively. <br />12.3 Interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement shall be in accordance <br />with the laws of the State of Ohio. <br />_. <br />N.,„,~,.~ _ _ _ _, w, .. <br />
