? <br /> <br />SECTION l: That Section 11 of Ordinance No. 98-32, which presently reads as <br />follows: <br />"SECTION 11: The salaries of individuals within Subsections A-D of this section shall <br />be established by the Director of Public Safety and the Mayor. <br />FROM TO <br />1998 1999 2000 <br />A. Chief of Police 52,025 71,170 73,305 75,504 Annually <br />B. Chief of Fire 52,025 71,170 73,305 75,504 Annually <br />C. Assistant Fire Chief 45,000 60,579 62,396 64,265 Annually <br />D. In addition to the salaries as specified herein, the Chief of Police, Chief of Fire and <br />Assistant Chief of Fire shall be entitled to any and all benefits afforded the members of <br />each of their respective departments. However, the overtime benefits afforded the <br />members of the Police and Fire Departments shall not apply to the Chief of Police and <br />Chief of Fire.
