The City shall continue to participate in the American Federation of State, County and <br />Municipal employees. Care Pian for ail fuii-time empioyees in the bargaining unit represented by the <br />Union. The City's obiigation shail be limited ta making contributions at the rate of forty dollars and <br />seventy-five cents ($40.75) per month per empioyee for AFSCME Care Pian coverage for each <br />regular full-time empioyee. <br />? <br />; <br />ARTICLE 35 - WAGES? <br />Section 1. Effective July 1,1998 through June 30, 1998, all 'mployees in the bargaining unit shall <br />receive a wage increase of three percent (3%) and be paid in accordance with the wage rates set <br />forfh in Appendix "A°. (The C'rty shall compute overtime separately from straight time and shall show <br />the overtime and straight time separately on the empfoyee's pay stub. Additionally, the City shall <br />compute and show on the empioyee's pay stub his accrued sick leave and vacation time. <br />Section 2. Effective July 1, 1999 through June 30, 2000 ail employees in the bargaining unit shail <br />receive a wage increase of three percent (3%) and be paid in accordance with the wage rates set <br />forth in Appendix "A-I <br />Section 3. Effective July 1, 2000 through the duration of this Agreement, all employees in the <br />bargaining unit shall receive a wage increase of three percent (3.0°/a) and be paid in accordance with <br />the wage rates set forth in Appendix °A-2". <br />Section 4.
