foreman premium. <br />Employees assigned to perform these duties wiil do so with no additionai compensation. <br />? <br />ARTICLE 37 - WORK BY SUPERVISORS <br />Section 1. Supervisors will not perform bargaining unit work to the extent that results in lay-off, <br />a reduction in work force or reduction of hours of work by bargaining unit employees. Except for <br />emergencies, a supervisor will not perform bargaining unit tasks outside of the Supervisor's normal <br />working hours to deny overtime opportunities to bargaining unit personnel. <br />ARTICLE 38 - CHIPPER AND BRUSH ROTATI4N <br />Sec#ion 1. Assignment to the chipper and brush truck will be rotated weekly among the <br />available, qualified personnel in the Forest Crew. A list showing such rotation assignments shali be <br />maintained and will be avaiiable for inspection by employees <br />ARTICLE 39 - JOB DESCRIPTIONS <br />Section 1. The job descriptians attached hereto and marked Exhibits "B" through "8-14(b)," <br />effective July 1, 1995 and shall become a part of this Agreement. <br />ARTICLE 40 - BOOT ALLOWANCEJTOOL ALLOWANCE & INSURANCE <br />Section 1.
