Ali rnechanics shall receive a tool ailowance in the amount listed below each year of <br />this agreement. <br />1998 - Two Nundred Twenty Five Dollars ($225) Dollars <br />1999 - Two Hundred Twenty Five DoAars ($225) Dolfars <br />2000 - Two Hundred Fifty Doilars ($250) Dollars <br />The aforementioned tool allowance shall be paid at the same time as the boot allowance cited in <br />Section 1 above. <br />ARTlCLE 41 - tNCLEMENT WE4THER <br />Sec#ion 1. During periods of inciement weather, the City will attempt to schedule work that does <br />not require extensive exposure to the elements. Inclement weather is defined to mean air <br />temperature in excess of 100 degrees and air temperature below zero degrees. During an <br />"emergency!' as defined within Article 11, Section 9, of this agreement, the provisions of Article 41, <br />sha!l nat be applicable. <br />ARTICLE 42 - FUNERAL LEAVE <br />Section 1. A fui}-time employee shall be granted a three (3) day leave of absence with pay, in <br />the even# of the desth of an immediate family member. <br />Section 2. A fuii-time employee shall be granted a five (5) day leave of absence with pay, in the <br />event of the death of an immediate family member who resides outside the state of Ohio. <br />Section 3.
