EXHIBIT B- 10 CONTINUED LABORER <br />• Subject to 24 hour call during ernergency situations. <br />• Performs general custodial duties when assigned. <br />• Work can be characterized by assignment to rotating shifts and warking under the <br />operator in charge of the assigned shift. <br />DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE AB1LiT1ES AND SKILLS: <br />• Considerable knowledge of tools, materials, methods, and modern techniques <br />commonly used in public works and utility construction and maintenance <br />activities. <br />• Considerable knowledge of hazards and safety precautions necessary in <br />construction and maintenance work. <br />• Ability to participate in the work of maintenance and performing variety of tasks <br />and to obtain effective resufts. <br />- • Ability to estabfish and maintain effective working relationships with employees <br />and the general public. <br />• Physical strength and agility sufficient to do strenuous manual labor for extended <br />periods, under varying weather conditions. <br />DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE AND TRAtNtNG: <br />ConsiderabVe experience in performing construction, maintenance and {aboring <br />tasks; graduation from a standard high school or vocationai school. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B -10 <br />69 <br />
