EXHtBIT B- 94 CONTINUED EQUIPMENT OPERATOR <br />DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE ABILITIES AND SKILLS: <br />• Abiiity to understand and foliow orai and written instructions. <br />. Considerable knowledge of tools, equipment, materials, methods, and modern <br />techniques commonly used in pubiic works and sewer maintenance activities. <br />• Considerable knowiedge af hazards and safety precautions necessary for sewer <br />cieaning operations. <br />• Ability to operate equipment assigned to the Wastewater Treatment Division. <br />• Ability to participate in the work of sewer cleaning and performing varied tasks <br />and to obtain effective resufts. <br />• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisor, <br />other employees, and the general public_ <br />• Physical strength and agility sufficient to do strenuous manual labor for extended <br />periods, under varying weather conditions. <br />DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING: <br />• Considerable experience in performing sewer maintenance and laboring tasks. <br />• Completion of the 12th school grade and the ability to read and write. <br />NECESSARY SPECIAL QUALIFICATION: <br />Ability to obtain a Class I Systems certificate in sewer systems mainfenance as <br />issued by the Ohio Environmentaf Protection Agency.
