Section 3. The City wiil provide and maintain safe vehiclss for a(I employees required to <br />use vehicfes for their assigned duties. The vehicie status, whether safe or unsafe, wi(I be <br />determined by the Service Director ar his designee. " <br />Section 4. Employees shall be required to keep the interior of ("vehicles clean and clear <br />of objecfs such as tools, lunch wrappers, cans, and bottles. Debris such as lunch wrappers, cans <br />and bottles shali be removed and properly disposed of by the end of each shift. <br />Section 5: There shall be a Labor Management Committee established to promote a drug <br />free workplace. <br />ARTICLE 22 - DISABLED EMPLOYEE <br />Section 1. The City and the Union shal( attempt thraugh agreement to place partial)y <br />IdML <br />disabled employees on light-work jobs, which are avai(able or becorne avaiiable during the term <br />of Their disability, and which they are qualified to perform. In lieu of a City fumished Retum to <br />Work Form,'an employee may provide any similarform, or attending physician's written statement, <br />which specifies either the ability to retum to work "without limitations" or " limitations" exist from <br />date to date, +ncluding any limitations that can be attributed to medication prescribed for the injury <br />or illness. <br />5ectian 2. The City will require that any smployee who is disabled off the job, and is absent <br />from work (sick time or leave of absence) for a period in excess of three (3) days to submit a City <br />furnished Retum to Work Form.
