ARTICLE 31 - WORK BY SUPERV(SORS <br />Section 1. Supervisors wili not perform 6argaining unit work to the extent that results in !ay- <br />off, a reduction in work force, or reduetion of hours af work by bargaining unit employees. Except <br />for emergencies, a supervisor will not perform bargaining unit tasks outside of the supervisor's <br />narmal working hours to deny overtime opportunities to bargaining unit personnei. <br />ARTICLE 32 - JOB DESCRIPTIONS <br />Section 1. The jab description attached hereto and marked Appendix B-i through B-17 <br />effective January 1,1987, shall become part of this Agreement. <br />ARTICLE 33- FUNERAL LEAVE <br />Section 1. A fufl-time employee shall be granted a three (3) day feave of absence with <br />pay, in the event of the death of an immediate family member. <br />Section 2. A full-time empioyee shaii be granted a five (5) day leave of absence with <br />pay, in the event of the death of an immediate family member who resides outside the State of <br />Ohio. <br />Section 3. Immediate family shall include: spouse, chifdren, father, mather, brother, <br />sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-{aw, rnather-in-law, father-in-law, step-parents, step-children, <br />son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandparents, and grandchildren. <br />Section 4. In the event of a death of any other relative not listed above, an employee <br />sha(I use his accumulated sick leave.
