POLICE DEPARTMENT SECRETARY Formerly Secretary II within Division of Police Effective July 1, 1998 through June 30, 1999 the foliowing base rate of pay shali be paid providing the year(s) of full-time service requirement is met: Employee having completed five (5) years of service Employee having completed four (4) years of service Employee having completed three (3) years of service Employee having completed two (2) years of service Employee having completed one (1) year of service Employees starting --- Zero (0) $11.61 per hour $10.96 per hour $10.49 per hour $10.03 per hour $9.61 per hour $9.19 per hour Effective July 1, 1999 through June 30, 2000 the following base rate of pay shall be paid providing the year(s) of full-time service requirement is met: Employee having completed five (5) years of service Employee having completed four (4) years of service Employee having completed three (3) years of service Employee having completed two (2) years of service Employee having completed one (1) year of service Employees starting --------- Zero (0) $12.11 per hour $11.29 per hour $10.80 per hour $10.33 per hour $9.90 per hour $9.46 per hour Effective July 1, 2000 through June 30, 2001 the following base rate of pay shall be paid providing the year(s) of full-time service requirement is met: Employee having completed five (5) years of service Employee having completed four (4) years of service Employee having completed three (3) years of service Employee having completed finro (2) years of service Employee having completed one (1) year of service Employees starting ------- Zero (0) $12.63 per hour $11.63 per hour $11.12 per hour $10.64 per hour $10.20 per hour $9.75 per hour Employees that have been promoted to the classification of Police Department Secretary, shall be eligible to move to the next higher pay rate step after completing one (1) continuous year of service within this classification.
