RECREATION DEPARTMENT <br />MAINTENANCE <br />Effective July 1, 1998 through June 30, 1999, the following base rate of pay shall be paid <br />regular full-time empioyee's with this classification. <br />START 90 DAYS 12 MONTH <br />$ 13.45 per hour $ 14.29 per hour $ 15.11 per hour <br />Effective July 1, 1999 through June 30, 2000, the following base rate of pay shall be paid <br />regular full-time employee's with this classification. <br />START 90 DAYS 12 MONTH <br />$ 13.86 per hour $ 14.71 per hour $ 15.56 per hour <br />Effective July 1, 2000 through June 30, 2001, the following base rate of pay shall be paid <br />regular full-time employee's with this classification. <br />START 90 DAYS 12 MONTH <br />$ 14.27 per hour $ 15.16 per hour $ 16.03 per hour <br />Employees that have been promoted to the classification of Recreation Department <br />Maintenance, shall be eligible to more to the next higher pay rate step after completing one (1) <br />continuous year of service within this classification. <br />All Recreation Department Maintenance employees shall receive a boot allowance in the <br />amount listed below each year of this agreement: <br />1998 -1999 Two Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($225.00) <br />2000 Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) <br />The aforementioned boot allowance amounts shall be paid during the first pay period after <br />July 1 st each year of this agreement.
